Taiwo Oguntimehin HND, MBA, ANIM, ICEN, CETP

Taiwo is a brilliant Trust manager and professional with broad base competence across the financial industry including Treasury Management, Portfolio Management, Business development/marketing, Product development and strategy for breaking into new market with focus on professional service delivery and customer retention management.

He started his working career with Union Trustees Limited in 1998 until 2012 when he moved to Radix Trustees Limited as Managing Director/Chief Executive. In 2014, he moved to UTL Trust Management Services Limited as Regional Head, Business Development in 2014 and later Head Business Development in 2019. He took up responsibility as Managing Director at Mega Capital Assets & Trust in 2020.

He has over 10 years working experience in the financial sector with goal getter attitude. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Sponsored Individual, a member of SEC Capital market Committee and a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Emmanuel Egbumokei B. ENG, PG. IT, MBA

Emmanuel has over 17 years banking experience mainly in Investment Banking. He started an Executive Assistant at Continental Trust Bank in 2001. His experience spans various Investment Banking firms from Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited, Oceanic Bank International Plc, Oceanic Capital, Ecobank Nigeria and Ecobank Capital.

Emmanuel’s career in Investment Banking has resulted in raising over $1 billion in the Debt and Equity markets for several companies in Nigeria and some other African countries.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and MBA from the Lagos State University with specialization in Marketing. He is a Securities and Exchange Commission registered sponsored individual in the Financial Advisory\Issuing House function.

He has attended various local and international courses including Euromoney Training, Philips Consulting, CIBN management/leadership programs.

Ekom Umossoh LL.B

Ekom is a versatile and sound Corporate Solicitor with over twenty years post qualification experience in litigation, banking and financial law. Ekom is a graduate of the University of Uyo.

Prior to joining Union Trustees Limited, he was a Legal practitioner with Messrs Udom and Udom (SAN) and later the Managing Partner of Ace Partners. Ekom has attended various local and international training programs, notably in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Practice, Mastering Public Private Partnership and the Euro-Money Training on Advanced Project Finance, amongst others. He is a SEC Sponsored Individual and also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Vivian O. Akubuogo MBA, CIPM

Vivian Obiageli Akubuogo is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales and relationship management. As a team leader and product champion, Vivian has a proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and wealth management, always prioritizing client-centric strategies to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Mega Capital Asset Management and Trust Ltd, Vivian has been instrumental in growing the company’s assets under management (AUM) and developing strategic investment policies. Her career spans over a decade, during which she has held significant positions at UCML Investment Management Ltd and Union Capital Market Ltd, where she managed client portfolios, marketed financial products, and provided critical investment advice. Her expertise extends to human resources, administrative management, and customer service, showcasing her versatility and dedication to operational excellence.

Vivian holds an MBA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos and a BA in Philosophy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She is affiliated with the Nigerian Capital Market Institute, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
